Who are we?
Our company, Mate Trans Kft., entered the market in 2018. We transport goods for our clients to Western Europe using several refrigerated semi-trailer trucks. Our base is in Balotaszállás. Parking is available in the Budapest area.

What does the job entail?
- Shifts are 2 weeks long; typically, one week starts on Monday and the other ends on Friday, so you’ll have the 45th day off at home, or every third weekend off, or as agreed
- You’ll get to know 70–80% of the routes within 1–2 months
- Parking is available in the Budapest area or in Balotaszállás
- Routes: Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Germany, Benelux, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, England, Ireland, Scotland, etc.
- Monthly mileage: 12,000 km
- Generally full truckloads, occasionally pallet exchange
- Vehicles: a new-generation Scania S500 and a Schmitz Sko24 semi-trailer
- Truck-and-trailer pairing system
- I ask applicants to view the specific trailer combination on the website before applying, as the spoilers on the tractor unit are extremely low, and the rear spare tire mounting boxes on the trailer are also very low. This combination is very delicate, so if you are unable to take this into account, please do not apply!
What do we need to work together?
- CE driver’s license + GKI card
- Digital tachograph card
- Ability to follow the specified route
- Ability to accurately manage and fill out the waybill and CMR on your own
- 1 year of experience driving a refrigerated semi-trailer
- Compliance with Regulation (EC) No. 561/2006
- Reliable, with high standards for oneself and one’s surroundings
- Able to keep themselves and their work equipment clean
- A smartphone capable of taking legible photos, as well as the ability to use Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, or Skype, and searching for companies on Google Maps
